Day 14 of Coronavirus quarantine:

Journaling every day might not be possible, I have too much schoolwork and when I have free time, I’d rather go to sleep a little earlier. I just woke up early for Language Arts class today so I have some extra time to write, but there’s really nothing all that special about today to write about. I guess I did forget I had math class yesterday and successfully blamed it on internet issues. Sucking up to teachers can really have its benefits. One time I’m actually really proud…


The following journal entries I will upload once every week were originally written as an assignment for my online Literature class during the beginning of shelter in place. I, unfortunately, was not able to write every day but I still hope to share some of my stories as an awkward high school freshman with an unfortunate blood disorder called beta-thalassemia. I have slightly edited more personal entries and will sometimes skip those altogether.
